I have several dozen queries I have written. Is it possible to back them up
and not the whole database? I do not need to back up the data.

    Thanks, JLD

You can right-click the query and export it to a backup database.

I incorporate this sort of functionality for all my power users. They
each have their own local backup mdb file named UserObjects.mdb.
My code is more complicated than what you probably need to save
off a couple of queries, but if your task is bigger than I think, write me
and I'll send you the code.
