    Hello

    I'm working on a training databse and I need that everytime someone enter
    the name of a particular course on the form, that it automatically updates
    the yes/no for the field basic skills. E.g. If someone enters a course called
    SETTING A BUDGET then the basic skills button automatically shows a tick
    (which means YES).
    Any ideas?

    On the after update event of the text field you can write

    If Me.TextFieldName = "SETTING A BUDGET" then
    me.TickBoxName = true
    End If
    --
    If I answered your question, please mark it as an answer. That way, it will
    stay saved for a longer time, so other can benifit from it.

    Good luck
