I have a table that has children's information included. In this table,
I have a withdrawal date of the child. I also have a membership table
that also has a withdrawal date of the children.
Is there anyway I can automatically update the membership table when I
put the withdrawal in for the child in the child table?

It sure sounds like you need to change your table design. You should not
be storing the same data in two different tables. From the information you
have provided it is not possible to suggest a proper design, but if you do
some research on table normalization, you should be able to see what I mean.

OK. Now I only store it in one table. Is there a way I can pull it up
for viewing in another form (just for viewing purposes)?

Could you provide the structure of the table and some sample data and
an idea of what you want to see on the form?
