Is it possible to get Access to archive information that has been printed on
a report? This is the scenario I am dealing with:

We run an Access report that we use to send people their new PIN letters.
So, it is basically a mail-merge-type thing, to my understanding. Anyway, I
want to know if it is possible to have Access archive data from the report
for every instance the report is printed. So, if I ran the report, and it
gave me 45 letters, and I printed those letters, is there a way the system
can track the exact time/date that I printed the records, AND link that to
the info that was printed from that particular instance?

After the DOCmd.OpenRepoprt (So you can trap the NoData error if any)
Add The Time & Criteria to a table
you can also do a DoCmd.OutputTo ... (for instance snapshot format)
to archive the actual report - this requires that all criteria are contained
in the reports query or that you open it in preview mode *)

*) There are other ways I Know, but lets keep it as simple as possible <g>
