Add field to a report

    Hi,

    I have a report which I designed using the report wizard, and the data comes
    from a query.

    I want to add another field from the query to the report which I didn't
    specify when I created the report.

    So that I don't have to start fvrom scratch, how do I manually add a field
    and a text box for that field?

    I think I worked it out.

    I added a text box to the report, and linked it to the required source by
    going to PROPERTIES -> CONTROL SOURCE...

    Is this correct?

    Hi James,

    Assuming you have already added the new field to the query, you can simply
    open your report in design view, and then click on View > Field List. The new
    field should be included in the listing. Drag this new field from the field
    list to whatever section of the report that you want to add it to.
