Two customers are experiencing this error (sorry I haven't seen it myself - and naturally they didn't give the exact message to the support person) when opening our app which utilizes the Access 97 Runtime. In both cases they are using XP OS, and the problem just started in the last two weeks, since the Pirated Software update from Microsoft was pushed out. They are unable to open our app anymore. Has anyone else experienced this? We are working on moving to Access 2003 - almost ready (see my other post) - but in the meantime... HELP!
