    Hi,

I have about 50 users running a distributed application (ade files),
and just one user where my custom menus do not work. The built in menus
work fine, but not my custom ones. He can see the title, but when he
clicks on it the submenu commands are not there.

    any ideas?

    thanks,
    Paul

Never seen this problem before but ADE are like MDE and as such, are
extremely sensitive to any differences in versions of Windows and Service
Packs. I have myself given up on using ADE and MDE a few years ago.

If I were you, I would make sure that all services packs has been applied to
this station and that the ADE file has been created with the same version of
    Windows and Service Pack.

If possible, try creating the ADE file directly on this station.

Since you're here... we have a small favor to ask...

More people are visiting & reading SPN than ever but far fewer are paying to sustain it. Advertising revenues across the online media have fallen fast. So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Donating to SPN's is vote for free speech, for diversity of opinions, for the right of the people to stand up to religious bigotry. Without any affiliation to any organization, this constant struggle takes a lot of hard work to sustain as we entirely depend on the contributions of our esteemed writers/readers. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too... Fund our efforts and together we can keep the world informed about the real Sikh Sikhi Sikhism.
