imho, Sikhi is a way of life, and it leads to Gurmat.

Please define "Gurmat". What does Gurmat leads to?

This exchange lacks clarity - the important issue is what human values each of us catches (acquires) from parents, schools, contemporaries which are conditioned by religion, experience, contacts etc. Each of us has an individual and unique set of values which are our 'habits of thinking' about ethical issues. These reflect the culture and/or culture we were born into or change to. They are not fixed but are modified by experience. Broadly speaking for the majority they represent what leads to 'decent' behaviour. There are some individuals who, largely for genetic reasons cannot 'catch' normal values. These are the 'saints' and the 'devils' whose behaviour is so different that it amazes us.
