But what about the Grass ??
Well to my understanding..when its time to SWALLOW a morsel of food...the Gates of the Lungs CLOSE for a while to let the food go down the STOMACH TUBE !! At that moment in time..there is NO BREATHING...( IF you accidentally breathe while swallowing..the Food will go down the LUNGS TUBE..and you will CHOKE..aathhu aa giyah..or even owrse..the lungs tube will be blocked and death can occur..a procedure called Hemlicks procedure is recommended to dislodge the food form the lungs tube and RESUME NORMAL BREATHING).

I take it that GRASS naam japp therefore means to remember HIM even while the SAAS breathing is "OFF".....saas grass..continous !! REMEMBRANCE.
If the above is practiced, The Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji followed, then it is almost guranteed to see GOD,S LIGHT.
So go practice 24/7/min 6 months to notce the difference this ''NAAM'' is making continue for further 5 Years, then go sit with the saints!
Wa-Ha-Gu-Ru! Become attached!!!!!

To date no one has been able to clarify this concept for me beyond the hypothetical. And no one has been able to show me a shabad in SSGS where Guruji speaks of the 10th gate as if it were a gland or gate to mukhta in the literal sense of a gate. When we look at the shabad, an entirely different understanding of 10th gate surfaces.

Perhaps it is time for a rigorous content analysis of what has been written about the 10th gate in various sources. It is likely that the various theories are in contradiction with each other, and in contradiction with Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

I have studied all the shabads on the 10th gate very closely. None of them speaks of the 10 th gate as a physical location. When one does a vichaar the message is interesting.

sat sri akaal,

five sense

five emotions five positive and five negative

crossing over on can reach the sixth sense

"imaginative sense" refer as "surat"

life thoughts exists as

sex food security relation ego

the longing for these is natural and causes emotion

it has got no physical correlation with the real world

it is perception and harmone released inside due to thought

human's with senses fixed in the outer world perceives these emotions as a result of outer physical world

one fails to understand there is world inside our body which we can not see
but
inside world can only be realised through

sixth sense

a "word" is not complete

without light sound and matter all together

first get one to get all

reading writting and listening will be different at this level

read and write apple light

listen and speak apple

and if one has no seen apple

on can not get it

mind attach matter to imaginative sense

and make the word appear after that

now if attaches "surat"
"imaginative sense" to guru's bani

than only one is mentally present

else

one is engrosses in five

only "computer ram" is working "hard disk" is yet not operational in "sleep mode"

evoke "imaginative mind" and listen guru's bani

leaving five thoughts one feels responsible for a while to enjoy new life's experience

SSA Ravneet-ji,
These connects are too disjointed, the less there is in the 'MIND' the better!
