What is Gurmat ?

Hi

I want to live my life according to the Sri Guru Granth Sahib.

How should I live ?

What should be my vocation?

What should be my responsibility to my present family ? Future family ?Society ?

Is there an escape place ?

Everything appears useless and non-purposefull or fruitless.

Sikhism appears to be fast losing its practicality. More dress up than substance. Witness the smilies faces/icons on the border. Trivialising Sikh symbols. There's even a cheer-leader with pom poms. And one face is ranting.
