This is a very interesting question someone asked me the other day:
Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/sikh-sikhi-sikhism/29861-can-god-create-mountain-he-cannot.html
Can God create a mountain which he cannot lift?

Now before you answer, note that I am not questioning Vaheguru's strength. I am simply curious to the solutions you give. If anyone does not see the contradiction here, I will explain it.

If God can do anything, he can create a mountain which he cannot lift. But it was just stated that he could do anything, so how can he not lift something?

If God cannot make a mountain which he cannot lift, then he cannot do something.

Now I believe there is an answer to this question, something beyond the simple yes or no, and I'm hoping one of you may have the answer

Thanks.

God created the ant to do his job. Kabeer Ji says,

Actually I don't think you can get a right answer by asking a wrong question.

Re: Can God create a mountain which he cannot lift?

The right question, in my opinion, would be asking if God is separate from His creation or within His creation. Guru Ji explains,
