WAHEGURU JI KA KHALSA WAHEGURU JI KI FATEH.

In Gurbani written by GURU AMARDASS JI...long before the Harimandir Sahib Gudwara was constructed by Guru ramdass Ji and Guru arjun Ji...the Word HARIMANDIR occurs many many times...and by it GURU JI means the HUMAN BODY is the Mandir of HARI Waheguru.

The Lord built the Harimandir, the Temple of the Lord; the Lord dwells within it.

Countless things are in the Harimandir, the Temple of the Lord; contemplate the Naam, and the nine treasures will be yours.

in Hinduism however Hari is one of the names of VISHNU..and that is why Vishnu's name is associated with the Harimandir sahib by the author of Gurbilas Patshi chhevin...who calls it Vishnu's mandir because VISHNU came to do seva at hari Ki pauri.

According to Gurbani Sloks by Guru amardass ji however the notion that Harimandir is a building is wrong as the only harimandir is the HUMAN BODY which WAHEGURU created as HIS own DWELLING PLACE. This is why ALL Human Beings are Brothers as WAHEGURU dwells in each of His creations.
Waheguru or HARI CANNOt be Confined to any stone building..as GURU Nanak ji proved by his visit to Mecca and as Bhagat kabir says in his sloks as well.

Jarnail Singh

re: Harimandir "Hari Man Andir" The Human Body?

Thanks for providing this great view-point. And this matches with my understanding too, which I didnt happen to express in general.

Wahe Guru Ji Ka Khalsa,

Wahe Guru Ji Ki Fateh,

Bhul Chuk Di Mafi.

Hari Man Andir.

Body and Back of Mind (Dynamic State),

Manney ki gat kahe Na Jaaye (Millions of thoughts in a second)

Jay Ko Kahai Picha Pachuu Taye(ONE CAN NOT SAY WHICH THOUGHT WILL BE LIVE AND CONVERTED INTO ACTION)

Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/showthread.php?t=1083
Kaagad Kalam Na Likhan Haar( So much happening in back of one's mind, one can't even write)

INDIVIDUAL's BACK MIND CAN NOT BE ACCESSED, "WAHEGURU" IS OWNER OF BACK END MIND.

Jay Ko Man Jaanai man Ko-ay
AFTER KNOWING ONE CAN ONLY REALISE THIS.

There is light, imagiantion, budhi, man and than the actions performed by Physical Being.

Hindu are prescribed to go Mandir (Man Andir)

Who assess His Back Mind

which is rooted with Sex, Food, Insecurity, Relation and Ego. thoughts which supports life.

which results in all the actions performed by Humans.

It is time to go Hari Man Andar

Search the Back Mind and assess which has caused to act.
Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/showthread.php?t=1083

If one can assess his own mind, he reaches "Hari Mandir"

Every Human has got same thoughts at Root Level.

These thought are the root cause of human emotion, and not the Physical World which one blames for happenings

One can learn=("SIKH") to shed these thoughts through "Naam Simran" and can reach (Bhav Sagar Tarna) "Emotionally Stable" state of mind.

Shed the five root thoughts to obtain "SIKH" as "DHARMA"

Regards
