Who is Sudar Singh ?

I was exploring this website and found out this interesting link... I am not sure who is Sudar Singh ?

Off-topic:
After reading the article, gives an impression that Sudar Singh invented Eckankar or perhaps 'Ik Ong Kaar'!!! Or at least that kind of conclusion it gave to me, along with so many examples of distortion of facts, by Paul!!!

An initial thought came that he cud be Sadhu Sundar Singh, a christian missionary, who died around 1930. Paul Twitchell also known as Peddar Zaskq, about whom Harold Klemp wrote a few articles, which refutes this by saying Sundar Singh and Sudar Singh are not the same persons.
