The Mayor of London will open a book of condolences at City Hall, with the Rt Hon. Tessa Jowell MP, Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport; representatives of the Conservative and Liberal Democrat parties; Sir Ian Blair, Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police; Bob Kiley, Transport Commissioner; and prominent representatives of London's Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu and Sikh
