The controversial Vidyasagar Oswal Town Planning Amendment Scheme passed in the last General House of the Ludhiana Municipal Corporation has once again kicked up dust with the Youth Akali Dal threatening to gherao the House if the scheme was not dropped at the next meeting. http://us.rd.yahoo.com/dailynews/rss...50627/ldh1.htm *
