After embarrassing the SGPC by raising the issue in presence of its president in Amritsar last month, Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today said that his government was committed to protect the rights of Sikhs in Haryana and added in strong words that "if they wish nobody could stop formation of a separate HSGPC.."
