Chandrakant Pancholi was discusssing the Jo Bole So Nihal film and the resulting terrorism. There is indication that the bombing was done by Kashmiri seperatists that are seeking to exploit post-1984 Sikh sentiments to further create a rift between Sikhs and Hindus.
