You know one way to avoid all the uncertainties in one's own character, decisions that may go wrong, arguments that one may lose, family strife that one cannot resolve, moral dilemmas that take so much energy from ordinary life, all of this and more, can be lifted easily by turning all decision making over to a Maharaja! He can take the money and the credit. It is much easier. That way no one has to be exhausted from personal responsibility. No moral accounting is necessary. That takes too much out of us. And the Maharaja has no worries either because he is the Maharaja.
