Jammu, Apr 16: Sikh Intellectuals Circle (SIC) has hailed the declaration of India and Pakistan for describing the Kashmir issue as core issue between the two countries and hope that it will pave the way for peaceful and permanent resolution of Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
