New Delhi/Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal Sunday announced that a heritage memorial would be built in New Delhi as a tribute to the victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh massacre.

Badal will just let issue simmer & not try solving it try gaining political mileage out of it as he has done so far for 25 yrs . All is required is to get fresh FIRs filed against the accused & pursue the cases to their logical ends , providing legal & financial assistence to the cause which should not be a problem given enormous resources of SGPC . But does he has the will power & required backing of his master RSS is the key question ?
