Chandigarh, Aug 17 : Radical Sikh groups of Punjab Monday presented a turban to state revenue official G.S. Benipal, who had stopped wearing one after being assaulted and stripped by youth Akali Dal activists and councillors in June.

G.S.Benipal had already cut his hair though he used to wear turban , also he used to regularly cut his beard as far as I know . So it may be a case of seeking publicity as far as the so-called RADICALS r concerned .
