Turban-wearing Sikh employees of the MTA are calling on the agency to reverse its policy requiring them to brand their turbans with the MTA logo.

if employees all wear some kind of hat/cap in this job with the logo then i see nothing wrong with asking sikhs to have the logo on turbans. however if other staff do NOT have to wear a cap with the logo on then it IS discriminatory to ask the sikhs only to have the logo on their head...
