Punjab, Haryana and Union Territory Chandigarh were put on maximum alert in the wake of multiple explosions that rocked Delhi on Saturday evening. Police sources said intensive checking of vehicles had been started in Gurgaon, Faridabad and other towns of Haryana bordering Delhi.
