New Delhi, Sep 8 : The Supreme Court today issued notices to the Punjab government and advocate H S Phoolka on a petiton filed by Member of Lok Sabha and former union minister Jagdish Tytler, seeking transfer of a criminal case pending against him in a Ludhiana court to Delhi.
