In an apparent show of strength, the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) and Sikh leaders of Haryana, who have locked horns on the issue of formation of separate Shiromani Gurdwara Parbhandak Committee in the state, have announced holding of parallel rallies on Aug 30.
