The Punjab government Sunday offered all security arrangements the celebrations of the 300th Guru-ta-Gaddi Diwas (installation ceremony) of the Sikh holy book, Granth Sahib, at Hazoor Sahib gurudwara in Nanded town, Maharashtra.
