Chandigarh, Nov 21: The offices of Punjab government, Boards and Corporations and also educational institutions located in Chandigarh and Mohali will remain closed for the second half of November 22, to enable the government employees to participate in 'Nagar Kirtan', to be organised on the eve of birthday of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
