A farmer from Nayagaon village has approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court claiming that the Punjab Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sanjeev Gupta, his family members and others have threatened him as they want to grab his land in the village. The petitioner has also apprehended threat to his life from the IGP. Kuldip Singh, the petitioner, has approached the High Court seeking protection ...
