THE ALL India Football Federation (AIFF) on Thursday announced the draw for this year's Federation Cup, to be held in Ludhiana on September 4-15. It will be after a gap of 33 years that a national-level football tournament will be held in Punjab - the Santosh Trophy in Jalandhar in 1974 was the last time a major football tournament was held in the state.
