The Punjab and Haryana High Court has issued notices to State of Punjab over the anticipatory bail application filed by Daljit Singh Bittu, vice-president, SAD (Amritsar). Bittu, who was booked by the Punjab Police on charges of sedition, had filed the anticipatory bail apprehending arrest.
