CHANDIGARH: Punjab government on Wednesday night gave the sanction for arrest and prosecution of Dera Sacha Sauda head Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, who is in conflict with the Sikh clergy, on the charge of hurting religious sentiments of Sikhs.
