Ex-Punjab CM Amarinder Singh and his family allegedly used a hawala racketeer to transfer lakhs of black money to banks in the Switzerland. Chetan Gupta alleges that on two occasions he laundered money for Amarinder’s son, Raninder. Punjab Vigilance Bureau officials allege Gupta and Raninder set up a company to siphon off black money.
