Chandigarh, May 31 (ANI): An eleven-member Sikh delegation lead by president of the Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), Avtar Singh Makkar will meet Punjab Governor Lt-General (retired) Khalid Maqbool and Haryana Governor Dr AR Kidwai today.
