Patiala, May 28 (ANI): Former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh will appear before the Punjab Vigilance Bureau here today in connection with the real estate Ludhiana City Centre scam. Singh and 18 others were booked by bureau on March 24 for alleged corruption and cheating in connection with the scam.
