Guru Gobind Singh Ji passed Guruship to the Guru Granth Sahib. This was his order to all Sikhs. Its so simple. You either respect that or you don't, in which case you are not a Sikh. It doesn't get much simpler than that.

Our leadership at the top level has completely and utterly failed us. Don't expect\wait for any change to come from the top. Things need to change from the bottom up.

We need to go back to basics, the eternal Guru Granth Sahib will not fail us.
