<style></style>Can a Citizen be deprived of to view the site of Punjab Government. <table width="500" border="0" cellspacing="10"> <tbody> <tr> <td> When I Visit this site of Punjab Govt. it does not open and the following message is being delivered to me. As all the important links and RTI links to Punjab Govt. is in this site. How can this problem be fixed.

The link you posted rajneesh ji is a "nic" address which is the url for a server part , the network interface controller, not a web site.. The nic address is accessible only to web masters and others authorized. Let me know if the one I posted is what you are looking for.

When we go through Punjab govt through the Indian Govt. website, even then the access to the particular site is being denied. The Website you have mentioned is concerned with the Punjab Government Portal of Pakistan. Madam, we are serching for the portal of Punjab Government India for which every body should have access. You go thorough Indian Government Portals the website address of Punjab Government is what I mentioned earlier i.e. http://punjabgovt.nic.in/ . Madam, all the website those have PK after the word gov that is concerned with Pakistan.

From the last 15 days I am regularly accessing to this site. Before 15 days period I usually visit this site as the RTI portal of Punjab Govt.is in this site. From this site We trace the addresses of Public Information Officers and First Appellate Authorities of the concerned department.
As RTI Activists we used to access through this site to the RTI related information of all the concerned departments. But now our access to the particular site has been blocked for the reasons best known to the Punjab Government officials.

Thanks for pointing out that I published the wrong portal. But as I said, access to a NIC address is always restricted.

Try this one and I think what may be true is that the Punjab gov contracted out its web services to this company. Sarkaritel. The nic address will not work on this page either, but it is not supposed to be open to the public because it controls access to the server that interfaces with the Internet.

I have have visited so many times sarkaritel.com and the address mentioned in this site is the same link that I have posted earlier i.e.http://punjabgovt.nic.in/ and you yourself has provided the link to me. About 15 days back I had access to the site of Punjab Government. But about 15 days back I have highlighted a big issue, from that day my access to the site is not possible. I think so. Kindly try to access the above mentoned site from your system. Whether you are able to access to this site.

I have tried vide sarkaritel earlier but my approach to Punjab Govt. website is not possible.
