All the moments of ephiany or enlightenment in the world have happened, when someone is void of thinking and just being. Have you ever had moments, when you are thinking and thinking and it is just counter productive? But then you relax and the answer comes to you, in an instance you know the answer and what to do.
His video is very self indulgent, and his views help him personally justify his existance. But there are many people in the world with different views.
