Usually the root of these types of problems is either money or one part of the Sangat thinks another part of the Sangat is not Dharmic enough and is running the Gurdwara 'improperly'. It does seem Bahadar S is a member of the Sangat. Perhaps he can shed some light on the root of this problem...
