sp ji sorry to add to your to do list but mine can be put as the last item. By instilling if you mean living then I find it is quite true.

But if in the above you mean that as soon as you discover Ik gurbani reading or study serves no purpose then I humbly disagree. IK is not just chanting "Waheguru is one" but seeing such and understanding so in daily living. Gurbani through many descriptions in various shabads strengthens the concept of Ik as no one is capable of defining IK so says Gurbani too. So IK is a realizations that cannot stop and Gurbani will always be there to help. Gurbani will not help if you refuse to study, listen and read to understand.

Hope above clarifies how I think and it is not necessarily right or criticism simply an exposition of my thoughts.

I still would like to comment on "I suppose I'm just more for realising ,as it's quicker." The quicker part is believing so, not realizing so.

Billions probably believe in one. Very few if any have truly realized one in living!

Veer Ji We are closer than that because I am you, but notwithstanding I will make a pact with God just in case stating that I will only enter 'Heaven' if Ambarsaria is there,for if he is not present then I must be entering 'Hell'.

No heaven or hell but one day may be some of our atoms will become part of the same physical entity of a specific life form or non-life form. It will take a long long time and perhaps billions of years if not more

. In the mean time we are all one in one creation of one creator.

He may try, but his voice will fail him.

How can the cripple climb up the mountain?

Veer ji If I'm just atoms then what is the atomic structure of the mind-self, If God is only an expanse of atoms ,then you have defined him and gave him a birthday too,but that is ok we will celebrate it together.
