He Himself is unmanifest, and He Himself is liberated; He Himself speaks of Himself.

Blending ones souls into the supreme light and consciousness occurs when we shed the defensive barrier subconsciously erected about our mortal beings. Relaxing, breathing and praying the bani causes the consciousness to dilate and a feeling of euphoria to arise within the mind. This is called the gentle path of meditation and sahej, perfect peace and equipoise of mind, body and spirit. Some are able to start each day with a few moments of such spiritual indulgence and are healthier and brighter minded for being blessed and able to do so. The mind and spirit are closest to the light when in repose, relaxed and free of all worries, woes or entanglements.
