When your path is blocked, it's likely that you've just encountered a grand opportunity. When what you were planning doesn't go as you planned, it can put you on your way to something even better than you first imagined.

Sure, it's nice when everything in your day and in your world goes smoothly and according to plan. Yet when the difficult, unexpected challenges arise, then you truly have a chance to shine.

When one door is suddenly slammed shut on you, it forces you to seek out and open another door. Behind that other door there could very well be a whole, big, wonderful world filled with astounding richness.

If things are going along nicely, you probably will not want to venture very far from what is familiar and comfortable. Yet when you suddenly run up against a brick wall, it can compel you to a higher level of performance.

When a challenge suddenly looms, you'll find yourself calling upon skills and capabilities you may have never used before. And once you've used those new skills they do not go away, but in fact become even stronger and more accessible to you.

Challenges are life's way of showing you that you can be stronger, more capable, more creative, more highly focused than you ever would have thought. When life does not go as you had wanted, that's your golden opportunity to make it even better.

Its so sweet thoughts. I also believe in what you said in your writing. There is always a reason for everyuthing but we human beings are so far to understand this. If something goes wrong he started blaming the almighty without thinking, even for a single minute. The acceptence, willingness & patience, these things come to you by experience and by doing simran and ardas regularly.

As you have stated :acceptance, willingness and patience are very important .One has to live according to the Gurmat principles to understand it.We must strive and seek while submitted to the Will of God.Here are some line from Sukhmani Sahib:
Asatpaḏī.
Ashtapadee:

Ḏas basṯū le pācẖẖai pāvai.
He obtains ten things, and puts them behind him;

Ėk basaṯ kāran bikẖot gavāvai.
for the sake of one thing withheld, he forfeits his faith.

Ėk bẖī na ḏe▫e ḏas bẖī hir le▫e.
But what if that one thing were not given, and the ten were taken away?

Ŧa▫o mūṛā kaho kahā kare▫i.
Then, what could the fool say or do?

Jis ṯẖākur si▫o nāhī cẖārā.
Our Lord and Master cannot be moved by force.

Ŧā ka▫o kījai saḏ namaskārā.
Unto Him, bow forever in adoration.

Jā kai man lāgā parabẖ mīṯẖā.
That one, unto whose mind God seems sweet -

Sarab sūkẖ ṯāhū man vūṯẖā.
all pleasures come to abide in his mind.

Jis jan apnā hukam manā▫i▫ā.
One who abides by the Lord's Will,

Sarab thok Nānak ṯin pā▫i▫ā. ||1||
O Nanak, obtains all things. ||1||

Agnaṯ sāhu apnī ḏe rās.
God the Banker gives endless capital to the mortal,

Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/showthread.php?t=3517
Kẖāṯ pīṯ barṯai anaḏ ulās.
who eats, drinks and expends it with pleasure and joy.

Apunī amān kacẖẖ bahur sāhu le▫e.
If some of this capital is later taken back by the Banker,

Agi▫ānī man ros kare▫i.
the ignorant person shows his anger.

Apnī parṯīṯ āp hī kẖovai.
He himself destroys his own credibility,

Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/showthread.php?t=3517
Bahur us kā bisvās na hovai.
and he shall not again be trusted.

Jis kī basaṯ ṯis āgai rākẖai.
When one offers to the Lord, that which belongs to the Lord,

Parabẖ kī āgi▫ā mānai māthai.
and willingly abides by the Will of God's Order,

Us ṯe cẖa▫ugun karai nihāl.
the Lord will make him happy four times over.

Nānak sāhib saḏā ḏa▫i▫āl. ||2||
O Nanak, our Lord and Master is merciful forever. ||2||

God,s Will is difficult to understand but if we follow Gurmat:do honest day,s work(kirat virat kar dharam dee) and share with others while living in His Bhana, peace and serenity will ensue.Humbly
