definitely it will be able to "access" in the most strictly limited sense of
the term...and in the 2k3 one has the option to use the 2000 file format -
which is critical to do so if that is ok with the developer in your
situation....
any newer version i.e. 2k3 has features/commands that were invented after
the older version and which the older version simply can not understand....
you may have issues - looking at Microsoft's "What's New" can give you a
