My outlook email changes to Word and I have to close it to reply

In my outlook it is set in the Word format. Somehow I managed to change it.

Now I have to close the email and then hit reply when previously I could open
the email and hit "reply". I want to change it back

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Outlook.
