Double Click restore down my Pop Form

This question was posted before, it;s really a big problem for me because

when the user makes double click , many Button and Option will disapear.

This is my
problem........................................... .........................................
I have a Pop Up and Modal form, everything is fine but except when I made
Doubleclick in the Top blue bar my form is restored down, anybody know how

fix this problem.
