You may get a better answer in an Outlook newsgroup. This one is for the
Access database product.
Depending upon your version, click on the small folder icon at the bottom

left or find the FRolder list in the View menu. Click on the small + sign to
expand the tree.
It may also be that you don't have permissions to create some folders so
they disappear when you are done.
