Help with Start Up Toolbars

Please can anyone help. I have removed all toolbars from Start Up in an

important Access project I am doing for work and now I can't edit any of my
database. I cannot see the toolbar with 'Tools' on so I cannot edit start
up. Can anyone help me/tell me what to do please.
