video clips

I have tried to link video clips to my database. A
Reference:: Sikh Philosophy Network http://www.sikhphilosophy.net/information-technology/6885-video-clips.html
window opens & I can hear sound but no image and I receive the message: video
not available, cannot find 'vids:mjpg' decompressor. I don't know where to
find this either....could anyone help?
