I was creating a replica and got an error "field is too small" ?

I have always replicated this database and this time I got the error message
"the field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add.

Try inserting or pasting less data." I have gone back to sll the fields I
have changed but all seem to be fine. Any Ideas??
