Hi,
Question: Need to upgrade a database in Access however there are multiple

people that need to be upgraded and not all are using the same version of
Access some are 2000 and some are 2003. If the upgrade is made in the 2003

version can it cause problems for people still using 2000?

The default in the 2003 version is to save everything in Access 2000 format.
So as long as you haven't changed that default option in the instance you
are using to do the upgrade then everything should be OK.
