I suggest that you backup your database, before proceeding with the
recommendations. You may end up with something you didn't want.
That said, you delete tables from the database window. Once you've
completed the wizard, go to the db window, click once on the table and hit

Thanks, Joan, but the wizard won't let me click the Finish button until I
delete the table in question, so I can't get to the Database window.

You can always cancel the wizard, and then delete it in the db window.
